Call the Ledger Beta
Call the figures on a bilingual pack before it leaves the desk. Drop the source and translation as PDF or Word (.docx); numbers, percentages, dates, currencies, stock codes, and 億/百萬 scale words are paired across the whole document in this browser — not by page number. Unequal page counts, or PDF pages beside Word paragraphs, are expected and fine. All data stays on your machine — nothing is uploaded for the check.
Disclaimer This is a beta desk aid. Reading figures from a PDF can miss scan-only text; Word files can miss text in embedded images or text boxes the extractor skips. Complex layouts and other edge cases apply on both formats. Check both files yourself. Call the Ledger is not a substitute for professional review.
Your pack files stay in this browser. File contents are not uploaded to LedgerLex servers for this check. Google Analytics may still record a page view, as it does on the rest of the site. See the Privacy Policy.
Upload a source and translation (PDF or Word) to compare.
Equivalents are recognised across languages and scales: HK$1,234.5 million = 港幣1,234.5百萬元 = 12.345億元; 30 June 2025 = 二零二五年六月三十日; HK3.5 cents = 3.5港仙. Pagination can differ between EN and TC PDFs, or between PDF and Word; the tool still compares the full extracted text. Not covered: spelt-out numbers ("twelve", 一百二十萬), scanned or image-only PDFs, and text trapped in Word images without OCR. Always run your own final check on anything flagged.
